Hello! I celebrated the last day of the 24 Day Advocare difficulty with some Yogurtland last night. While I still had treats during the challenge, I really haven’t had my two preferred indulgences = alcohol as well as fro-yo during the challenge. Go me!

This morning I made an accidental pancake…
I was craving french toast however only had sandwich thins. I put A great deal of egg whites in a bowl with cinnamon, stevia, dash of salt, as well as almond milk. Then, I Camiseta FC Utrecht soaked the sandwich thins in the mix while the pan heated.
