Hello! How’s it going? yesterday I had what felt like a great workout at the gym. however I feel like I don’t understand for sure if I got in a great workout up until the next day… you understand when you open your eyes as well as slide outta bed as well as BOOM. You believe to yourself  “shit I am sore, this is gonna be rough” as you walk to the bathroom.

I type of like that feeling or must I say, pain. The pain of a great workout that makes you sore is like some type of ill reward, right? I indicate I don’t want to squander my time working out – I want to understand it’s working. as well as the results on the scale or in the mirror take a while to show. to ensure that bit shed in your quads or butt or triceps – that’s what tells ya what you did yesterday woke up your muscles as well as said, “Hey! Let’s get it together!!”

This morning I am a small bit sore in my hamstrings. I want to be sore a lot more locations next time

I drove to Redlands to go to my preferred small person today.

But I bribed her with stickers as well as my willingness to just do whatever she desired so I believe we’re awesome now.

Turns out she’s kinda a creeper as well as just wished to gaze at some person doing laps in the pool for 15 minutes. Seriously. however I’m not right here to judge so we hung out as well as made the person incredibly uneasy as well as just kicked back by the pool (outside the fence).

Speaking of creepers… I am one. as well as vegas is not feeling my wrist weight situation.
