It was very cold this morning, but I couldn’t find the new gloves Ben purchased me yesterday so I had to use my poor Girl’s gloves = Socks. actually they are much more like mittens, but you get the idea. I actually choose mittens to gloves anyways because your fingers get to stay together and keep eachother warm!
Marathon training called for 1 mile w/u, 4 miles at long run pace, and 1 mile amazing down. But, I couldn’t see my Garmin to keep up any pace and my brain was frozen because it’s cold so I just tried to run at a brisk pace the whole time. I did 6 miles Camiseta OGC Nice in 56:05.

Well, pumpkin pie on a bed of oatmeal ? It was dee-lish!
I am going to ice my ankle underneath my desk at work today. It’s been sore and tender after runs, especially when I point my toe down. I’m hoping that if I baby it everything will be okay!

And if anybody else is keeping track, only 2 much more days until I fly west for the winter. I wish. But, I do get to hang out in California for the weekend!
